William "Cold Cash" Jefferson, has been ousted by Republican new-comer and relatively unknown Anh “Joseph” Cao. Jefferson or "Cold Cash" and the rest of us like to call his, is well known for the $90,000 worth of kickbacks he was found to have hidden in his freezer........Cao becomes the first Vietnamese-American member of Congress and you will find it very hard to find this story ANYWHERE in the news, I could only find it on my favorite newsite Hotair.com
